Special Needs Caregivers

Being a mom of two Special Needs Children, I wanted to have a section that is for families who have family members that need certain equipment and other items to make things easier on your budget. I will continue to add to the list as new things become available.

I wanted to let you know about an All Natural Cough Medicine that I have been given the Green light to use by my son’s Oncology Dr. I can usually only give him Sudafed cough syrup which I have to say doesn’t work as well for my son. We are now using Zarbee’s Cough Syrup for him and he gets over his cold’s and flu’s much faster now. It doesn’t affect his medications as well due to being all natural. It is a win/win Situation. You can pick up Zarbee’s at your local Walgreens. Be sure to check with your Dr. before giving it to your child but we have found a new cold med that works GREAT!

** I am in no way affiliated with Zarbee’s, I do not get any compensation for telling you about this product, I do get the satisfaction of knowing that other children like my son will be able to get over their cold’s quicker by letting you know about this product**

Cancer Support:

Oncochat Welcome to our home on the web. OncoChat is a real-time global support community for people whose lives have been touched by cancer. We don’t offer medical advice or professional counseling. We do offer lots of hugs and understanding from people who share similar experiences and emotions. Not all of the people who visit us are cancer patients. Some are relatives, some are caretakers and some are just friends of someone who has cancer. All ages are welcome.

Patients like me Share your treatment experiences. Find patients just like you. Learn from others who know. Patients like me is not only for Cancer it has a lot of different medical health problems that you can join to talk to others about such as MS, Parkinson’s, and other health problems.

I am now moving into making some medical things that my son’s require as it sometimes takes to long to get Insurance approval or find a used item so as always I still determined for my son’s to have what they need even if I have to make it! I will be adding to this section as I find new things that I need for them.
