I have to say that I just love baking and eating these cookies. Not to mention they are very frugal and are sure to please your families cookie cravings. I make these on a regular basis and the kids just love them and it’s a great way to get more protein into them.
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients till the dough is smooth
Drop by the spoonful onto a greased baking pan and bake for 6-8 minutes. Be sure not to over bake them as they are the best when they are soft still.
Now I would suggest making a double batch for larger families because they will disappear quickly! I have to say that when I make them they don’t last long we usually have them as a movie treat and by the end of the movie we are wondering where the cookies went. lol

Do you know how many calories they are?
I do not know how many Calories they are Crystal.
I have been making these for years! They are good if you are poor
They get really dry after they start to cool off. Try to snack on them while warm. No telling how many calories!
I haven’t had mine become dry after they cool.
