I have talked about this several times, that this summer I will be making Apple Pie filling in a jar. This is just great to have on hand so that if you have company stop in you can bake a homemade pie in no time to serve. I will be making many Jars of this during the summer because we not only use it for pies but also for crepes and other desserts as well. This way I have it on hand and never have to worry about paying high store pricing.
